Process Flow to Purchase The Product & Service – End to End
To place an order for any of the maalpani.com. The user needs to select the products from the store page & add the desired product to the cart.
After adding the product to the cart. The customer needs to proceed to checkout to complete the ordering process.
At the checkout page, the user needs to provide their details like name, email, mobile number & address. After providing the details, the user selected the payment method to complete the payment for the order.
Once the payment method is selected, the user reaches the order completion page displaying his/her Order ID & transaction ID for the payment along with the order details.
User is also notified about the order details & payment receipts via email, SMS & notifications.
In case if you do not like the product which you received from Maalpani.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack it within 7 days. Please note that We are not accepting any returns product.
The customer will get a refund back on his / her credit/debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on a card once we issue a refund from our side.
Customers need to first contact us through the Contact Us page on the website before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.

Customers need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
Refunds would not be accepted for custom-made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.
